Lovely medium weight crepe back ice blue satin fabric with woven rows of "ripples" as pictured. Darted bodice with a v neckline and pleated shoulders as pictured. Below the elbow 3 quarter length sleeves are pleated at the shoulders. There are shoulder pads which are easily removable as they are fastened with safety pins only. Nipped waist seam. Lovely flaring skirt with a 92" bottom sweep.
