It is exquisitely designed with a fabulous high low train in the back, fluttery throughout, and sewn vertical pleats at the waist, and horizontal pleating ruffle detail. The Blouse is a classic Gibson girl style with 3 4 length vertical slanted sleeves and a high lace collar. We secures all of the lace insets on this piece. The
