Lightweight polyester jersey with an overall white dot print. Halter styling with self fabric rolled spaghetti straps to tie around the neck and back as pictured. Features a lightly padded built in bra. Two tier ruffle styling as pictured. The back can be worn open as shown or fastened with three metal hook and eyes. The bra part is double layered fabric plus the built in bra.
