This Bunka knife, like all Tabata knives, is available at a fair price. It is a hand forged knife, with a blade length of 165mm, from the Hon Tanegashima forge. Tanegashima is an island in the south of Japan, the forge is family run and lives the traditional craft. The knife has a clear centre of gravity towards the blade. It is therefore a real working tool for processing food quickly and efficiently. The
