Peter Lauer Faß 8 Kupp Kabinett 2021 elegant & frisch generous sweetnessThe 2021 vintage is sold out. Discover the 2024 vintage now! Peter Lauer Fa 8 Kupp Riesling Kabinett 2021 is a true, light footed Kabinett straight out of a picture book! Still a somewhat reserved, cool nose, with air becoming very herbaceous with ripe apple, grapefruit, some white lilac, and smoky slate minerality. "Wake up call!" on the palate with such refreshing acidity that the wine recommends itself as a veritable substitute for morning coffee!
