Inspiriert vom Fermentations und Destillationsprozess und den Parallelen zur Biochemie fasste David Perkins den Entschluss, seine eigene Destillerie zu erschaffen. 2004 zogen er und seine Familie nach Park City, Utah, um ihr neues Unternehmen zu grnden. 2007 begann die Destillation. High West Rendezvous Rye reifte fr nicht definierte Zeit in
