AROMA & TASTE: In terms of smell, the gin starts with clear citrus tones, some acidity and sweetness in the mix, subliminal juniper with light floral notes. Citrus accentuated on the tongue with orange and grapefruit, supported by lavender and mild juniper, delicate spiciness.
