It launched its first single malt whisky in 2021. The building where it is produced was a slate works in the 19th century and later a margarine factory. Today, the Aber Falls Distillery produces gin and liqueurs in addition to whisky. Aber Falls matured for an unspecified period in a combination of former bourbon and sherry
