The Tement family selected a portion of their 2018 Zieregg Sauvignon Blanc and left it to age sur lie in big casks for over 78 months before bottling. The wine that emerges is a different beast from a standard Reserve: complex, smoky, and pushed by long lees aging into territory that recalls top white Burgundy as much as anything from Styria. Notes of preserved
