Novum Pinot Noir 2023 bargota distinction and prestigeThe 2023 Pinot is deliciously dark and brooding, crafted from fruit sourced from three individual vineyards in Marlborough's Southern Valley. Its intensely serious, with a gorgeous palate of dark plum and red cherry, a meaty palate with a fruity core and layers of herbs and spice. It pays homage to the elegant styles of Burgundy, whilst remaining a true celebration of New Zealands terroir.
