Yamato Cask Strength Special Edition Whisky Shopify Collective The Edwin is a primeA blend of 3 8 year old whiskies from the Yamanashi Prefecture of Japan, Yamato's special edition is bottled at cask strength to retain the full variety of Japanese whisky flavors. The bold palate includes notes of maple, vanilla, and sweet malt, backed by subtle lemon peel, cedar, and chamomile flavors. Non chill filtered, it makes for a surprisingly easy going sipper.
