Monastero Suore Cistercensi, Lazio Bianco “Ruscum”, 2024 120725NRHONE Koehler-Ruprecht farms a prime southeast-facingMade by Cistercian nuns who've farmed 5 hectares organically for 30 years in Lazio's volcanic soil. This 'Ruscum' orange wine (fermented 15+ days on skins) is rare, limited to 4,000 bottles, and tastes like apricot jam caught between wildflowers and white pepper. An adventure in every glass.
