Complex nose on white flowers
this is in a wonderful spot and is a fine homage to its Loire inspirations – just spot on
It has plenty of plums and cherries notes and a strong mineral character of wet stone aroma
The intense complex and rich palate balances acidity with good weight and a silky texture culminating in a spicy finish
naturally vinified and raised mostly in concrete—with 20% old oak and porcelain amphora—for 18 months
Domaine Du Pré Semelé Les Chasseignes Sancerre Blanc 2020 Size::6 Bottle Case Complex nose on white flowersPalate The palate is rich and balanced, starting off with finesse and finishing with lovely length and pronounced salinity due to this wines minerality. Aroma The sun drenched limestone terroir lends this wine notes of ripe fruit (white peach, juicy pear) and minerality.
