Fraser Gallop “Parterre” Chardonnay 2019 Size::1 Bottle Grand Cru' ungrafted vineyard withThe colour is youthfully pale and bright, the bouquet revealing discreet honey aromas with nutty barrel ferment hints, while the palate is tremendously intense and bright, with elevated acidity and great tension. The sweetness level is moderate compared to most botrytis wines, balanced by lively acidity and intense fruit. A ripping young wine that can only improve with more time.
