IDDA Etna Rosso, 2019 litchfield or a spicy sausage and

or a spicy sausage and mushroom risotto

this wine shows as a long-lost and deliciously provocative cousin to some of the most seriously delicious and special White Burgundy I've tasted

but also one which emits a more elegant bouquet

and an affectionate nod to lawlessness from the confines of one of the wine world’s most rule-governed DOs

For dinner
