Le Clos de Grillons, Vieux Sage, 2024 winback summer 2020 while apricot and bergamot peelNicolas Renaud farms old vine parcels organically in the Gard, focusing on Rhne varieties. Vieux Sage is 100% Syrah from low yielding limestone and clay slopes. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral vessels, it is dry, supple, and savory. A southern red that captures old vine depth and the clarity of its terroir.
