both fish and white meats

This vintage seems very expressive and reflects the character of the different places quite faithfully

Superb Pomerol for 2nd wine of Le Gay

A balanced wine with a square evolution

with supple tannins and a good balance between alcohol and acidity

2024 | Ptujska Klet 'Pullus' Sauvignon Blanc | Stajerska Borgatta both fish and white meatsA perfect balance between freshness and depth! Typical varietal aromas of grapefruit as well as tomato leaf, not too aggressive though. On the palate, plenty of texture and minerality, bright acidity balanced with some weight and creaminess from lees aging, and a long finish.
