Kildare Penny Whistle in High D by Susato - S-Series Pitch_a=415 for his guidance in designingKildare Penny Whistle in High D by Susato S Series Kildare models in high Eb and high D exist in the V and the S series. If in doubt, we recommend the S series as the richer and fuller sounding version. The V series Eb and D have a slightly smaller body diameter and therefore sound softer. All Kildare models have separate head and body sections with a slightly tapered bore. Pitch can easily be adjusted by pulling jointed sections in or out as needed.
