Domaine de Colette's bottling comes from a small plot called Le Mont, with manganese rich granite soils and south east exposure, planted to bush trained vines averaging seventy years old. Yields are kept low, harvest is by hand, and the wine is built to age. Expect a darker, more structured Beaujolais than usual, with floral lift, dark
