Pallarès - Carbon Steel Knives Knife Available in white / blackEach Pallars knife blade is hand fashioned from high quality carbon steel. Carbon steel is harder than stainless steel and will hold its edge longer before needing to be sharpened. It does require a bit of care and attention. It is also natural for carbon steel to develop a patina over time. in six styles and sizes Paring Knife 8cm Kitchen Knife 12cm Kitchen Knife 16cm Kitchen Knife 22cm Carving Knife 26cm Bread Knife 36cm Also available a boxed set
