2019 | Ossian 'Capitel' Blanco | Castilla y Leon VT Tuna and Salmon Sashimi This wine is usually dominantLight yellow to the eye, this wine has a bouquet of bartlett pear, nectarine and orange blossom. It is full on the palate, with flavors of lemon, lime, lychee, vanilla, dried Mediterranean herbs and nutmeg that dissolve into a lemon zest finish. 92 Pts Wine Enthusiast
