Domaine Marc Roy Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes, Cote de Nuits, France 2017 Chianti Shows very good clarity andA strikingly fresh and very pretty nose combines notes of various dark berries with those of earth and forest floor. There is solid density to the punchy medium bodied flavors that possess a lovely sense of detail that is enhanced by the relatively fine grained tannins shaping the youthfully austere, complex and well balanced finish. This is an excellent Gevrey villages and worth your interest.
