Domaine Chanson Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatieres 2023 OLDRIOJA then finished in Amontillado sherryLes Folatires is one of Puligny's most coveted Premier Cru vineyards, and Domaine Chanson's version shows why. Pale gold with floral fragrances mingling with pale fruit and citrus, it's delicate, minerally, and profound. The high proportion of clay in this southeast facing climat creates specific minerality and complexity. The 2023 harvest captured excellent ripenessChardonnay at its most refined, elegant, deep, and worth the investment.
