Description

There are purple floras too

The total absence of any sense of sweetness in this Brut Zéro allows the limestone to take center stage

A red with lots of currant

creating a wine that is structured and dense

tight-grained tannins and fresh acidity

2023 | Domaine Zafeirakis 'Microcosmos' Malagousia PGI Tyrnavos | Thessalia IGP Cotes de la Charite There are purple floras too100% Malagousia, a native Greek variety that was near extinction, fermented in stainless steel tanks. Extremely aromatic with notes of green apples, waxed lemons and green tea. Fresh and saline, with a medium body and a waxy texture that finishes dry.
