Ambient Yeasts are employed during fermentation. 44. 7% abv. Lots of texture and some chew. Fruit, funk. Rough honey, like Tupelo. Shimmery. Firm and compact smoke. Lively and zesty. An intense core of smoke and tropical fruit. A little barbecue. Stormy flavors rolling over. Intense, smoke throughout. Full bodied.
