wild strawberries and rose petals

this wine blossoms quickly with its delicious fruit and penetrating acidity
but on the bone-dry palate you get chalky minerality
Baron Philippe de Rothschild Escudo Rojo Baronesa P. 2020 PX Sherry low alcoholSuch demure depth and focus on the nose, showing high grade cedar wood with brooding yet fresh blackberries, cassis and cigar, as well as hints of dark olives and red chili pepper. The volume on the palate is quite impressive. 81% cabernet sauvignon, 5% cabernet franc, 5%
