Ota Shuzo Yuzu Sake 720mL BIPOC-Owned stony and sandy soil onThe Ota brewing family traces its ancestry back to 15th century samurai poet monk Ota Dohkan, the architect of Edo Castle, after whom the sakes are named. An unfiltered yuzu sake made by blending 10 years old aged junmai sake with yuzu and a modest amount of sugar. A refreshingly tart aperitif that is complex and not too sweet.
