unfolding slowly with lingering sweetness and subtle dryness

Sure it has heady citrus blossom and ginger spice aromas but the palate cruises along with flavours of lime-curd and lemon tart

They represent a snapshot from across the valley and their vineyards. For the 2021 vintage of the Syrah, the fruit was pad picked. 50% whole bunch carbonic maceration, 50% destemmed. Spent 18 days on skins and matured for 9 months in small format old oak. This wines little funky on the nose initially. Medium ruby and with a little purple edge in the glass.
