NV | Talbott Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Chardonnay | Santa Lucia Vinho Verde It shows such great tanninsThis wine has aromas of pear and green apple, complemented by French oak and toasty brioche notes. On the palate, it is lush and elegant, with a creamy mouthfeel and flavors of white peach and pear. Round oak tannins are perfectly balanced by acidity, and there is a long finish that builds over time. The Sleepy Hollow Vineyard defines this wine, with power, richness, and bright acidity.
