Ovum Off The Grid Riesling, Rogue Valley, USA 2021 Bodega Vistalba If “Arboreus” is a seaThis dry Riesling is a captivating expression of terroir and varietal character. It offers a complex bouquet of aromas that evoke flinty minerality, ripe apricot, juicy orange and exotic guava, with hints of white flowers and herbs. On the palate, it has a rich and creamy texture that recalls the elegance of white Burgundy, but it also delivers a powerful and refreshing acidity that balances the fruit and adds vibrancy and length.
