tangy palate delivers yellow pear
with a real presence and complexity as it opens
but it certainly strutted its stuff
good concentration but never heavy
At the risk of sounding like a broken record
2021 | XOBC 'BC' Cabernet Sauvignon | Horse Heaven Hills Palette tangy palate delivers yellow pearAromas of crme de cassis, violets, and graphite burst from the glass. Deep blue fruit flavors and pyrazines meld together into a lavish and rich palate, sustained by earthy tannins and refreshing acidity. Fifteen months of barrel aging occurs in lightly toasted French puncheons, allowing this spectacular fruit to be enhanced by our gentle and balanced use of oak.
