Bodegas Luis Perez Palomino 'La Barajuela' Cortado, Cadiz, Spain 2018 Trois Noix Wine easygoing Piedmont red — brightBodegas Luis Perez 'La Barajuela' Cortado 2018 is a singular unfortified wine from Cadiz in southern Spain, made from Palomino under flor and oxidative aging. Deeply savoury, it shows roasted nuts, dried orange peel, saline umami and a tang of yeast over a bone dry, penetrating finish. Serve with jamon, aged cheese or almonds.
