delicate and addictive final note

Firm yet integrated tannins and bright acidity drives a long finish

Barolo is a powerhouse wine in some communes but also more delicate in others (La Morra is the most delicate and Serralunga the most powerful)

Eden Hall Wines Block 3' Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Size::1 Bottle delicate and addictive final noteThe 2019 Eden Hall Block 3 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from selected rows in Block 3, pruned to two arch canes. The wine spent 18 months in French oak (40% new). It is crimson red in colour with a cassis and savoury nose. The palate opens with dark ripe fruits followed by sour cherry and lingering soft tannins. A very approachable Cabernet that can be enjoyed now and cellared beyond 2030.
